TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  1. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  2. Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, My Company reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. My Company will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
  3. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, My Company reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
  4. Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can My Company become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to My Company in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
  5. My Company undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. My Company cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  6. In order for it to be admissible, My Company must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
  7. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Indonesia law.

SHOP POLICY

  • Product Variations
    Please note that items purchased from our shop may differ from the photos shown on our website due to lighting. Additionally, customized rugs may differ slightly from the original design due to the manual production process.
  • Returns for Defective or Damaged Goods
    We accept returns only for defective or damaged items, and requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Contact us at [insert your email] to initiate the return process. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Eligible Purchases
    Only items purchased directly from our official website or store are eligible for returns or exchanges. Items bought from other retailers cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Damages and Issues
    Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you find defects, damages, or errors in your order so we can resolve the issue.
  • Non-Returnable Items
    Custom products, workshop-related materials, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Refunds
    Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved. They will be credited to your original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

CLASS POLICY

  • Arrive on Time
    Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class begins. Participants arriving more than 30 minutes late may not be able to join the class, and their session will be forfeited.
  • Payment and Rescheduling
    All payments are non-refundable but can be used for a different date. Class rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the class starts. Rescheduling requests made later will incur a penalty of IDR 100,000 per person.
  • Unable to Attend
    If you cannot attend your workshop for any reason, you may send someone in your place. Simply contact us via DM and provide the name of the person who will be attending on your behalf to avoid forfeiting your session.
  • Damaged Items
    Any damage to materials or equipment caused by participants will be the responsibility of the participant.
