Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join LIT Group, particularly for our craft café, LIT House. This role involves a mix of customer service, creative assistance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our cozy and art-filled space. If you are passionate about art, craft, and creating memorable experiences for others, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by explaining available craft menus and guiding them through activities.
  • Prepare the necessary tools and materials for craft sessions.
  • Make drinks and serve customers with a cheerful attitude.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the LIT HOUSE area, including cleaning tools and materials after use.
  • Support additional tasks as needed to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Willing to learn and explore various beginner-level arts and crafts.
  • Passionate about art, craft, and creative activities.
  • Love cleanliness and maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Cheerful, friendly, and trustworthy personality.
  • Flexible availability, especially during the daytime and weekends.
  • Reside in or near South Jakarta, Bintaro, and surrounding areas.
  • Open to Senior High School students, college students, and fresh graduates.
