Description
Class Policy
- Arrive on Time
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class begins. Participants arriving more than 30 minutes late may not be able to join the class, and their session will be forfeited. - Payment and Rescheduling
All payments are non-refundable but can be used for a different date. Class rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the class starts. Rescheduling requests made later will incur a penalty of IDR 100,000 per person. - Unable to Attend
If you cannot attend your workshop for any reason, you may send someone in your place. Simply contact us via DM and provide the name of the person who will be attending on your behalf to avoid forfeiting your session. - Damaged Items
Any damage to materials or equipment caused by participants will be the responsibility of the participant.
